His priorities and leadership are very much visible throughout the decade that followed.<\/p><p>In his first year at Medford Leas, he introduced a strong appreciation<br \/>for teamwork and established a five-member leadership team. Abby worked for twelve years for ParenteBeard, formerly Philadelphia\u2019s largest accounting firm. She brought with her three years of experience as lead auditor of Medford Leas finances for fiscal years 2011, 2012 and 2013, during which she had contact with Jeremy Vickers, the Estaugh Board and senior staff members.
