Its members are appointed by the Council and its purpose is defined by the MLRA Constitution (revised 2024). It administers and monitors the funds necessary for the MLRA to function through the Activities Fund. It assures that the MLRA provides a gift to all employees, in lieu of tipping, through donations from the residents to the Appreciation Fund. The Committee generally meets monthly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc0c6b6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dc0c6b6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2e8844 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile_extra__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a2e8844\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"financial\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Financial Review Committee<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a144b9 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile_extra__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a144b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Financial Review Committee (FRC), a committee of residents with diverse financial backgrounds and budgetary experience, has the job of knowing and understanding the finances of Medford Leas based on reports submitted by the administration; knowing and understanding administration operating decisions as they affect residents; and responding to the administration, when appropriate, from a resident perspective. To fulfill the mission, the FRC:<\/p><ul><li>Meets on a regularly scheduled basis with Medford Leas\u2019 CFO.<\/li><li>Receives and analyzes Estaugh-approved financial reports, including operating statements, balance sheets, and benchmark indicators.<\/li><li>Responds to budgetary assumptions and proposals during the budget development process.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcc741e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fcc741e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b334b5 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile_extra__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b334b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"nominating\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Nominating Committee<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c24ce4 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget-mobile_extra__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c24ce4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Nominating Committee is defined in the MLRA Constitution.
