To fulfill the mission, the FRC:<\/p><ul><li>Meets on a regularly scheduled basis with Medford Leas&#8217; CFO.<\/li><li>Interacts with other members of the administration on a periodic basis to discuss items of mutual interest.<\/li><li>Receives and analyzes Estaugh-approved financial reports, including operating statements, balance sheets and benchmark indicators.<\/li><li>Responds to budgetary assumptions and proposals\u00a0during the budget development process<\/li><li>Operates on a confidential basis.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0cf936 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f0cf936\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8454cd e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e8454cd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-296297d elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"296297d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"food\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b633899 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b633899\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Food &amp; Dining Services <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-718be8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"718be8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Food and Dining Committee serves as a liaison\u00a0between residents and Dining Services staff. The committee meets monthly with members and the Dining Services staff except for one month in the summer. Meetings consist of\u00a0review of Put It in Writing (PIW) forms submitted to staff and shared for discussion. Members share their observations and comments from residents concerning practices in the kitchen, efficiency of the servers, and the menus.\u00a0Staff\u00a0proposals for changes in menus and service are heard.\u00a0Upcoming events are presented. Informal dialogue usually follows.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff6caa1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ff6caa1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8022323 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8022323\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d3b41c elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"5d3b41c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"health\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1ed499 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c1ed499\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Health<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4331f61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4331f61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Health Committee is a standing committee of the Medford Leas Residents Association and minutes of the latest meeting are placed in the case to the right of the mailboxes. The committee concerns itself with the physical and emotional health and safety needs of the residents and relays concerns of residents on the delivery of care from any department. Any health concern should be referred to the chairperson of the Health Committee. Confidentiality must be respected at all times and at all levels. The committee should be prepared to cooperate in the education of residents in matters of good health practices and accident prevention, either on an individual or group basis. The membership of the committee is comprised, primarily, of interested residents who have had professional experience in the health field and related areas and who use the practitioners at Medford Leas as their primary care providers. Members are expected to take active roles in identifying, planning and delivering programs for all residents at Medford Leas. Members are expected to attend at least 6 of the scheduled 10 monthly meetings. Administrative, medical and nursing staff are invited to attend all meetings as well as the chairpersons of the <a href=\"https:\/\/foxglovesystems.com\/Prototypes\/mlra\/activities\/service\/#vol\">Health Care Volunteers<\/a> and other subcommittees. The committee\u2019s main focus is on the public areas of the Medford campus, but it is open to other areas as they may come under review for redecorating or redesign. The committee acknowledges that it will not always be able to\u00a0satisfy everyone\u2019s concerns.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-041ea74 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"041ea74\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-052a637 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"052a637\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e23858 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"6e23858\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"commctr\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8f325a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a8f325a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Lumberton Community Center<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-056dbe9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"056dbe9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">The Lumberton Community Center Committee liaises with Medford Leas Operations, Maintenance, and Environmental Services departments in non-food matters involving the physical plant, fixtures and appliances, repairs and improvements, and shared storage areas, and other major issues as they occur throughout the entire building, including the kitchen.
